New England Regional Homebrew Competition

Posted by John in General

Next weekend, the second annual New England Regional Homebrew Competition is being held at Milly’s Tavern in Manchester, NH. The deadline for entries is tomorrow at 5PM. For more information, check out our competitions page.

It’s apparently the biggest homebrewing competition in our neck of the woods. Mike and I are looking to get some good feedback on our brews, so we can learn and make them better.

Your friends can tell you how much they like your beers, but if you can get certified judges to tell you they think your beer is good…well, that’s something else.

Mike has won ribbons in competition before, but this is my first entry. We will post the results of our entries once we get them back.

Here are the beers we are submitting:

Scottish Ale 60/-

Maple Porter

Belgian Tripel

Oatmeal Stout

Strawberry Wheat

American Wheat

If you are submitting your homebrew, let us know.
