Yeah, I like cleaning and sanitizing bottles. I used some One-Step and scrubbed some bottles real well. Then I made some Star-San solution and I have my bottles soaking in it right now.
I plan to bottle on Saturday night. I’ll take some videos/pictures of my bottling process. Maybe somebody out there will be interested (no offense taken if no one is).
This bottling session is for the Chelmsford Pale Ale. To check out the rest of the brew log for this particular batch, please check out these links:

Dude, you’re crazy. I hated bottling. The most time-intensive part of making beer. You have to collect the bottles, wash the bottles, sanitize the bottles, fill the bottles, cap the bottles, then wait for them to carbonate. Oh yeah, I forgot about boiling and cooling your bottling sugar. P.I.T.A! Man up, get some kegs! (Although I still have to bottle off the keg for competitions. 🙁 )

I don’t keg, yet. But, I like bottling, it could be that I am nuts. I love taking my homebrew to parties (via bottles).

I was being a bit sarcastic about the bottling procedure…and kegging is in my future…
I do like “presenting” homebrew to friends in bottles. Something about it makes it better that pressing down a handle on a tap line.

I bottle off the keg with a counter pressure filler. I do this for contests and gifts. I have a 2 1/2 gallon keg with the faucet adapter and CO2 whatsit made for portability that I’ll bring to parties. The hosts love it. But you’re right, a nice bottle with a cool label is classy.
