I am starting up another brew log. This time around it is for the Oktoberfest recipe that we posted earlier. The plan is to brew it in the next few weeks and then let it lager until September.
I might vary the ingredients for the recipe a bit. I think I am going to add some Vienna malt to this brew.
I need to get a few other things from the ol’ homebrew store including a Better Bottle and some PBW since I am all out.
Look like I’ll need to make another mighty yeast starter for this beer so I’ll get some malt extract too.
It should be a good one. I am looking forward to taking on this style.
