		<description>Has anyone ever considered using a neutral spirit(i.e., Vodka)  as a sanitizer for certain adjuncts?  I&#039;m going to be making a Cherry Wheat pretty soon and, instead of using artificial cherry extract, plan to mix the juice from fresh cherries in a (comparably) small amount of Vodka to kill any of the microbes in the juice.</description>
