		<description>No negativity taken.  I  have been reading Brewing Classic Styles and for the Maibock recipe they have in that book, they recommend using 5(!) vials of liquid yeast for the recipe.

I am thinking I can buy 3 and make a hefty starter for the batch.

I think a good fermentation is the key to making a great lager.  Not sure if I am overdoing it or not, but I haven&#039;t authored a book or won any awards for homebrewing either.</description>
