Maibock is a great beer that ages well. I’ve done both and personally I liked the doppelbock better, but Maibock is a great brew that has a “session beer” feel with big beer kick.

i just opend a bottle of my second batch of home brew. first was a wheat beer and second was a english brown ale. the brand of kits were the same. is this the reason they
have the same distinct smell?
