Our homebrewing friends who are striving to open up their own brewery shared some of their canned beer. This video shows the first time we have some canned homebrewed beer and because we live in New England, it has to be a New England India Pale Ale (NEIPA)!

Tasty Homebrew In A Can

This beer has a combination of Galaxy, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. All of these hops were added to the kettle after the boil. There was no bitterness to this beer, just fresh hop flavor.

The yeast they used was A38 Juice from Imperial Yeast. We liked the outcome of its fermentation but would need to do some comparisons to see how it is different from other strains.

Can’t wait to see their canning operation. Keep an eye out for a future video.

Brew On!
