Here’s my fool proof over-kill system for cleaning and sanitizing everything…I’ve NEVER had a beer infection in over 15 years:

Steps:
1) PBW and hot water.
2) rinse
3) citric acid and hot water
4) rinse
5) hydrogen peroxide and cold water
6) no rinse…just drain well and store upside-down until needed.
