		<description>&lt;p&gt;I love PBW.  I use it to clean kegs, bottles, Fermenters and everything that the product touches.&lt;br /&gt;
Here's my fool proof over-kill system for cleaning and sanitizing everything...I've NEVER had a beer infection in over 15 years:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Steps:&lt;br /&gt;
1) PBW and hot water.&lt;br /&gt;
2) rinse&lt;br /&gt;
3) citric acid and hot water&lt;br /&gt;
4) rinse&lt;br /&gt;
5) hydrogen peroxide and cold water&lt;br /&gt;
6) no rinse...just drain well and store upside-down until needed.&lt;/p&gt;
